Meet Lon Graham.

Hey, I’m Lon Graham. I’ve spent nearly three decades leading sales teams in the medical, media, and airline industries.


I’ve hired sales representatives. Hit my numbers. Felt the pain when I missed my numbers. Built new processes. And learned the hard way.

And I’ve come to believe this:
Winning starts with leadership. Always.

Too often, sales leaders get stuck in activity—managing, measuring, pushing—without realizing they’re the ones unintentionally getting in the way.
